Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add or remove items from the bundle?
Certainly! We can negotiate a special rate if you need to add items to a bundle. All items will be quoted beforehand. If you decide that there are items in the bundle that you do not want to use, please note that we will not remove or replace items, nor discount the bundle.
How long does the process usually take?
The completion time can vary based on your input and feedback, generally taking anything from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the project’s complexity. We will give you deadlines for feedback to ensure that the project is completed in a timely matter.
What if I want to cancel my contract before it's completed?
You will be able to cancel earlier, but please note that you will have to provide us with a 30-day notice as we would have started with work or need to complete items. Bear in mind that there will be a set penalty fee payable. This is calculated based on the percentage of work that was completed and not yet paid for at the specific point in time. Please take note of the following scenarios:
- Scenario 1: If all components have been finished and delivered, the full payment will be due.
- Scenario 2: If only some components have been completed and delivered, a partial payment will be required for the work that’s been done, as calculated by us.
- Scenario 3: If you’ve received all or some components but haven’t given the final go-ahead for completion, the total agreed payment will be expected.
