What’s the turnaround time?
We aim to deliver a first draft within 14 days and strive to complete projects within 28 days. Final delivery times depend on the clarity of the brief, the number of revisions, and the decision-makers involved. Post-logo design, you can expect your brand guide within approximately 14 days.
What if I'm not satisfied with my logo?
Please take note of the following scenarios regarding cancellation:
- Scenario 1: If all elements have been completed and delivered, you will be responsible for the full payment.
- Scenario 2: If only some elements have been completed and delivered, you will owe a portion of the payment based on the work completed, as determined by us.
- Scenario 3: If you have received all or some elements but have not provided final feedback for completion, you will be responsible for the full payment.
